Brief
09:00 - Training room
We start of by going thru the coming days, and letting everyone have a chance to win the preferred tech focus areas.
Travel
11:00 - 12:30
We leave together with a chartered bus from outside Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 (ARC offices).
Lunch
12:30 - 14:00
We will enjoy a nice lunch at Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza renowned restaurant.
HACKATHON STARTS
14:00 -
We meet in the conference room and start our hackathon. Everyone should now be clear about:
1) The project they will be doing, 2) Team name.
Hotel Check in
15:00
At 15 we will be able to check in to our rooms. So we can now finally get our stuff in the rooms! The hackathon continues however!
Dinner
18:00
Excuse the disturbance! But we will serve some dinner in the area close to the conference room. Come take your plate and eat wherever you see fit.
Night snack
23:00
Keeping up the energy is important! The night snack is an essential meal for the developer! Wraps it is!
Saturday 03 February
Breakfast

Breakfast for early birds and all-nighters! Enjoy the hotel breakfast!

Lunch is served! Come grab your Poke bowl by our conference room.
HACKATHON ENDS
14:30 - 17:00
You are hopefully done with you project, and we gather in the conference room again and start the presentations! This is your time to shine!
Pre-drinks & dinner
17:30 - 19:30
Time for a nice dinner and some much needed energy! PS, you’ve got 30 min to get ready for the dinner.
Your time OR Spa-time
19:00 - 21:00
Hang by the sky bar, take a power nap or check out the city. Take what

If you signed up for the spa - this is the time to do it! You can of course buy beers n drinks inside.
SKYBAR time

We meet up for some drinks and celebrations at the skybar!

Checkout

Checkout time! We make sure our roomie is alive and well!
Bus transfer back

Bus arrives to bring us back to ARC offices at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56
